Thank you for shopping with Evergreen Posters. We partner with Gelato for print-on-demand production, printing your order at the facility closest to your location. This ensures faster delivery, a lower carbon footprint, and – in most cases – no customs duties or import taxes.

Printed Products (Physical Posters, Framed Prints, Canvas)

• All items are custom made-to-order and produced locally after your purchase.
• Standard shipping is always free, regardless of your location.
• Express shipping (faster delivery) is available for an additional fee in supported countries.
• Estimated delivery times vary by location (typically 5–12 business days for standard).
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
• Thanks to local production, customs duties are rare, but if they apply in your country, they are the buyer's responsibility.

Digital Downloads

• Digital files are delivered instantly via email link after purchase.
• No physical shipping required – access your high-res files immediately.

Important Notes

• Production starts immediately, so orders cannot be modified once placed.
• We ship worldwide via Gelato's global network.
