Terms of Service

Welcome to Evergreen Posters. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. General Evergreen Posters provides printed posters, framed prints, canvas prints (produced on demand via our partner Gelato), and digital downloads of high-resolution artwork. All sales are final upon completion.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency, automatically converted from our base currency using current exchange rates. Taxes are included where applicable.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other providers.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud or unavailable product).

3. Printed Products

  • Items are custom made-to-order. Production begins immediately after purchase.
  • Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout (live rates via Gelato, including standard and express options).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Digital Downloads

  • Digital files are delivered instantly via email link after purchase.
  • You receive high-resolution files for personal use (printing up to A1/A0+).
  • Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery and waive any right of withdrawal.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork and designs are owned by Evergreen Posters or licensed artists.
  • Purchase grants a non-exclusive, personal license for private use (printing, display).
  • Commercial use, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • See our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
  • Printed products: No returns for change of mind (custom-made).
  • Digital: No refunds.
  • Exceptions: Damaged/defective items – contact us within 14 days for replacement/refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Products are provided "as is" without warranties.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or misuse of digital files.
  • Maximum liability limited to the purchase price.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal (EU). Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Portugal.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
